Protecting Our Neighborhoods
Joe Robach understands what is needed to keep our families and neighborhoods safe. He strongly believes that we should always feel safe in our homes and in our neighborhoods. Joe will continue to support local law enforcement and public safety so we don’t have to worry when our children are out at night. As a member of the Joint Senate Task Force on Heroin and Opioid Addiction, Joe Robach heard first hand testimony of the horrors these drugs can cause on families and communities, and voted to enact tougher laws to fight this statewide epidemic.

- Supported tougher penalties against those who commit sexual crimes against minors.
- Voted to approve $166 million in funding to strengthen prevention, treatment, recovery and education services to combat the rising usage of heroin and opioids in our community.
- Sponsored legislation that would increase the penalty for the unlawful sale or transportation of an opioid that causes the death of another.
